Have you ever seen a 130 year old carpet? We just installed some last week! This style of carpet has been made by Feltex for over 130 years with the exact same design. Some things never age. Although the fibres used in the manufacturing has changed quite a bit from the 1800’s, the style is timeless and can even look beautiful in a modern space. We put a border of black carpet around the perimeter of the room to help bring this antique styled carpet to a more modern look. Its a fantastic plush carpet that will never go out of style. We think this looks great and it was fun working with a new and interesting product.
